We ship internationally. White Sage products are subject to availability. Therefore, product items may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in whole or part. Once you place an order you will receive a notice of confirmation via e-mail. Your products will be sent to you after you complete an order form with your payment details included. After the e-mail confirmation is forwarded this commences the legally binding agreement between you and White Sage and therefore will commence the terms and conditions. The prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars.
We sends all orders by Australia Post. The shipping choice for online orders shipped internationally is AirMail. We normally ship the items in one to two business days. The shipping time for Australia wide will be 2 to 4 days. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping time to countries outside Australia varies. It normally takes 5 to 10 business days. We ship most orders on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You should receive your order 1-3 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.

Import tax or duty might be charged by customs if products are shipped to countries other than Australia, and this will paid by the customer.Upon request, we will offer insurance or use other shipping carriers. If there are extra costs, we will contact you.
Out of Stocks and Backorders In the unlikely event that one of the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be immediately notified by e-mail. We will ship the remainder of your order and ship the balance when it becomes available( no additional charges). You can also cancel the product which is out of Stock and we refund the amount back to you.
